Auto Disconnect

Can someone here telling me what is the problem I got?

The case is like this, I used to use Thunder 7 (xunlei) to download things 24/7, it is no problem all the time. Sometimes my brother want to use internet to play online games or upload huge file, he will unplug my LAN wire from router. He used to do this more than 100 times.

Recently, I got disconnect from Internet after I start my Thunder 7 program about 5 seconds. Then, I switch off Thunder 7 and wait for few minutes, it automatically connected to Internet again. Sometimes, it automatically connected to Internet again few minutes after I start to run Thunder 7 (It means I got disconnected from Internet when I start run Thunder 7, then I left it run in few minutes and I got connected to Internet again).

Other than that, sometimes when Thunder 7 running in few hours, then it automatically disconnect to internet, and disconnect to Gateway too. May I know wat is the problem?

Is the Software prob or the motherboard (LAN port) or setting In router or Router problem?

Unable to switch on the pc

Usually I on my pc 24/7, when the line kinda slow i will Shut Down and on it back after 10-20 sec. It is ok so far.
But in last few days after i shut down, and wanna switch it on. it is not working, and i keep click Chassis power and finally i got on it back until yesterday night i shut down again, then I unable to on it back. May i know what is the problem?

I open the Chassis cover, when I click Power Button, the PSU, Chassis, and CPU Fan not spinning. and i try to switch off PSU power, Chassis and CPU fan spin for 1 sec at that time. may i know why happening this?

Please help me, I need to switch on my PC URGENTLY~!!

I juz bought a notebook Vostro 3500 from Dell. and i reformat it, and it is juz 1 drive which is C, and i wanna shrink 2 drives. 1 (E:) contain 50GB and another 1 contain 200GB (F:). i have success shrink the E and F, E already formatted, but i failed to format F becoz it tell me ther are maximum partition already. so wat should i do now for this 200GB (Unallocated)

Acer with Dell, which 1 more reliable and durable? is that Acer will malfunction easier than Dell after 2 - 3 yrs? I know it's depends how we use, but so far I didn't heard anything about Dell durability but I heard Acer.

Hmmm, i would like to know if using Real Player, how to set the movie to left or right sound? in certain movie have both sound (Cantonese and Mandarin) so when i play this movie, the voice comes out is Mandarin. how would I change it to Cantonese? Same as Media Classic Player.

I'm using Windows 7 Ultimate, if gonna change some settings in control panel, tell me what i need to do.
