AMD Athlon Xp 2200+ problem

hi everyone...

i just bough an used amd system from here...

this is my 1st time, wanna try AMD SYSTEM... i m total new to amd proc.....

As i know Athlon Xp 2200+ should have the clock speed at 1.8ghz...

but mine only have 1.35ghz....

seller ask me to c the setting on bios....but when i get the system i din touch the bios or any hardware, just install my hdd and format a fresh WIN XP....

Even now i enter bios, there is no option for me to select the speed, it somehow just show 1353mhz and no selection for me to choose...

how ?
