colleague fault

ever have a colleague younger than you but is your senior?

i have one in my office.. just put it simple.. he is not mature enough to be my leading team leader

i am just a new stuff for 2 months, so basicly there are a lot of stuff need to be teach by ur senior team members and leaders. my leader is younger than me 3 years, he just turn 21, today the manager wanted to check all our paper fillings, iso and etc, and he just started to key in all the report this morning 6am.

in the end we get to disciplined by the manager for about 5 hours straight because we didn't do the filing. ltr the meeting, i joke around and tell him next time dont so lazy (because he always at sales office watch youtube, sleep because lack sleep after clubbing every night), then he say it to me in a angry voice say he always ask me to do but i more lazy than him and didn't help to any filing.

i mean come on.. you didn't teach me how to do and brief me wat is wat inside the files and iso, for the record i help to key in a lot of stuff inside the database which he neglected for almost 2 months.

hais.. so tired..

Advice anyone? ^^

hey guys, this is my story..

this girl is my classmate during high school, i have been chasing her during form 5 (senior 2) but was rejected by her because some reasons. but a lot of my friends and hers can feel the chemistry between us during that time, well since she rejected me so i have to move on. (well i did date other girls after her reject, she still single now)

after 6 years we graduated, we still have casual gathering with our own friends during high school period. during this 6 years gathering, my male friends and female friends sensed that i still have feeling for her and didnt tell me until now, well i didnt notice it myself haha, but other friends did

then finally this year, my friends finally told me that they knew that my feeling still tangling with her when she is not around and we go reunion. then baru i realize my friend is right!!!! haha but the problem is we drift apart for 6 years liao, not as close as in high school, kinda weird if i start chase her again..

haha thats my story,
and this problem have been bugging me since my friend brought it up...
should i go to chase her again? or move one? ^^

here the thing... i hate the thing....

ok here is the thing.... i got a crush at a girl during the 1st half of the year, same class with her in uni... i somehow "chase" her and she notice it then she direct ask me am i "chasing" her, den i say yes and kena turn dwn by her

but after that from jun till july, i nvr contacted her again cos of the sadness untill july i calling her, we have chat and until a serious talk about i chase her las time,
i told her my reason and i not fooling around, she was shocked and somehow impress that i not playing around and she admits that las time she reject me becos she thot i am fooling around.

after that chat, she say she allow me to "chase" her officially and started going out with me one on one... (las time din happen lik tat cos she think i am fooling around)
and it has been 3-4 months lik tat...

i was thinking confessing to her again to her be my gf officially... do u guys i am ok doing that and do i need do it romanticly? ... nervous nia... haha
