wanna ask all dai lou at here, recently i got rejister 1 house and already pay for the deposit. example 4k, they allowed me in 14 days need pay the remaining 10% deposit,

because im 1st time buying house and nvr get some advice, so i want to know, currently bank loan still hvnt reply me the status but devoloper already help me arrange signing S&P aggrement.

any advice that better settle loan approval only sign the S&P more secure
or just go sign and pay the remaining 10%?

Hi all brother, i just get a persona SV and found that the audio player USB unable to detect my usb drive, should have a usb logo at player, but my usb has no light up everything. just like no respond. did anyone face this problm b4?

Hi, i having some problem is.. sometimes i power on my pc...all the thing was going well.. but my display has no display, and my hard disc light blinking and keep blinking..wont run smooth.
sometimes i use untill half, den will blue screen show me physic memory error.. than will hang at there,, i keep power off and on also same. need open casing plug and unplug the cable at graphic card only can on back pc. is this my GC problem or another problem? because i having this problem long time ago, even Warcraft i also cannot play. half way will show me blue screen...anyone know this problem? plz help me.thank
