Get different IP Address

hi, need help..

My modem external ip address is: 100.1xx.2xx.1xx
My pc when go to whatsmyipddress is: 60.xxx.9x.x

Did anyone know why this happens?

Called TM, they said will resolve it in 2 days :stars

now all my devices that need port forwarding do not work...

add info: i can access from the outside using ip 100.1xx.2xx.1xx.. problem now, all my devices get 60.xxx.9x.x and all cant be accessed from outside now..

MODEM: TPLINK VR600V
ISP: UNIFI LITE 10MBPS VDSL (ALREADY ON PUBLIC IP BEFORE THIS HAPPEN)

SOLVED! They using CGNAT now for xdsl user.. Just call tm and tell them u have CCTV issue with this ip.. they will settle it in 3 days.. my case take under 24hour

Details of the complaint : Last night, im buying from this guy bcuz his price look so cheap... first PM him, ask for transfer first pay later but he refused and ask me to pay half of the total rm300... so i decided to pay him.. after i bankin to him, send him a PM and he ask me to give my email address becoz he want to give it to the server.. after 2 minutes, received an email contain Maxis RM100X2 PIN and RM50X1 PIN. Almost bankin to him another rm150 cuz thinking he is honest seller but decide to try his pin first.. All his PIN is invalid! Send a PM to him, ask about it but he said the pin is correct n told me to try again.. after ber'PM' almost an hour, he ask me to calm down and will report this matter to the helpline.. i feel cheated n post SCAMMER ALERT in his post, he send a pm scold me and ask me to edit it n wait first before posting it..till this day, he's not replyiing my PM anymore..

TACTIC: Use Sixty eight dot com acc bank number to received money from victim , so confirm he is 68 dealer @ agent!
he SMS helpline claim that he already transfer to them n 68 company transfer ereload credit to him.

SORRY FOR MY ENGLISH, NOT VERY WELL IN GRAMMAR

HONEST ADVICE FOR ANYBODY, DONT TRUST EASILY PEOPLE WITH "SOUNDS GOOD TO BE TRUE" ITEM... DONT BE LIKE ME...
