Hi,

Recently my volume bar missing, when I lift up on lock screen. This problem happened when i plug my phone to charge in the car usb.
I can hear my ringtones and message only. Not playing video, games etc.
I have restored my phone but still the same problem.
Need advice. Thanks

Hi,

I have backup my iphone 5 in itunes. Then restore to my iphone 6.
Error message prompted "Itunes could not restore the iphone because the backup was corrupted or not compatible with the iphone that is being restored"
Please advice am using new itunes. My iphone 5 running in ios 7..

Hi,

Am using iPhone 4. During upgrade to ios 7, I was prompted error 3194. Google for some info and the have asked to remove somelines in hosts file. Afte remove, still same problem. Please advice. TQ

I have an external hardisk that working fine on my dvd player. But when i plug to laptop, its says need to format. Please advice. But i can view all files in the dvd play thru tv but not laptop. Tried other laptop and the same. Tq

I have 1 file (Scan to email failed (Request NoU44-IT- 172099) KR1M U84) from my outlook email. My problem is I cant delete, rename or move. When i press delete it's says "Preparing to recycle" but it will never ever delete it. Please advice. Am using win 7. TQ

Hi there,

I just upgraded my laptop from win 7 to win 8. After upgraded my vga card driver, my screen went blank. But i can hear windows sound. How do i recover this? Please advice. I believe we cannot go safe mode unless we have setup it.

Hi all.. Am using samsung galaxy tab 8.9, and my problem is surfing the internet is very slow. Am using unifi at home with 5mb. I dont have any problem with ipad and iphone. Only with tab. When i using this tab outside the house, i mean like starbuck, the internet is speed. I think its a tech problem. Pls advice.?

I just bought my Iphone 4 with ivalue plan. Ican use my daata for max 2gb for free. The billing is always from 17th-17th. I always keep track of my data usage. However, my bill always goes to rm 400++ because of data usage as per maxis call center. How do I deal with this.? Anyone encounter the same problem.?

Am having problem with my adode reader. When I launch it, it prompted, " The application have failed to start because it's side by side configuration is incorrect. " I have uninstall and reinstall the software, yet the same message prompted. Am running in windows 7.. Please advice. TQ.

My laptop seems to have problem. It cannot shutdown. I have to force to shut it. Then whenever I open IE, it will go to blue screen and restart the system.
