YouTube has come to define the era of online video, so let's take a look at their most popular videos of all time. We first did this list in August 2007, at which point Evolution of Dance by comedian Judson Laipply was number 1 with nearly 56 million views. The next update was September 2008, when Avril Lavigne's Girlfriend pop music video was number 1 with 103 million page views (although commenters argued that it may have gamed the system). In January 2010, Charlie bit my finger - again ! was number 1, with 148 million views.

Our latest update shows that Justin Bieber is the first to break the 300 million views mark, after knocking Lady Gaga off the top spot last month. New to the top 10 this month is Shakira, with the theme song for the recent World Cup. Here is the top 10, as of September 2010:

Top Insurance Company

PATRICIA Lam* was diagnosed with a tumour in her neck artery. Her treatment required a section of the artery to be removed and replaced with a prosthetic artery. Part of her medical expenses were covered by her company’s group insurance while the balance was to be covered by her personal medical insurance.

However, she and her company had difficulty claiming on the insurance as they said the prosthetic was for “beautification purposes”.

“That was totally ridiculous. Without the prosthetic, I would have died! It was so difficult to get the money for something clear-cut,” says Lam.

It took over a year before the claims were paid, and only on the threat of taking the insurance company to court.

“Their practices are very questionable. They try to find all possible loopholes so they don’t have to pay. Even the agent who sold me the policy was surprised it was denied,” says Lam.

Anyone of u have experienced that cant make claim from the insurance company? But mine is prudential ,got accident last time got claim after a month,quite good service.
Nowadays those cheater will find all possible loopholes to cheat so they wont have to pay.

DUring the 1997 economy crisis, supposed our ringgit to US dollar just Rm2.50. but suddenly increase to to RM4.10. SIngapore doesnt affect too much also. why? Suppose we same currency with singapore but now the singapore is richer. zzz.. Malaysia that time really that useless ah? read from the news,just mentioned ringgit was attacked by the speculator. so easy to be attacked? no defend 1 ah? zzz

Sometimes i wondered why there are less chinese in the police forces? dont care what position la it's still very less in my observation. Is it the chinese scare to catch thefts, parents' objection, or other reasons that prevent the chinese mentality into becoming a police?

Duno why i got some sense later lin dan will be defeated by teamate again just like in the all england early this year.

Err. i wonder, if i go inside to the bank, fill the withdrawal slip ,press for ticket,then go to the counter and wan to withdraw 1 million. Do u think i can get it immediately,? do the staff need some time to count the money? haha..just asking...

Hi..just make it short the things..I have a current account at a bank...last year,the cheque was stolen around april..so i repot police and the account was freeze until the case settle...then 1 month later, my cheque book has been use by the stealer to buy things in many shops..over 25shops++...then after half year,i able to settle 1 shop case and bank manager agree to give back a new cheque book to me..
But suddenly that manager got bribed by a person. and give all sort of stupid reason not to give me back...and i got to knew it from my secret detective. A person bribed him so dun give back to me and delay..I got the proof..I got help from bn..They help me publish in bank's magazine that their manager doing that...and finally judge sentence that manager cant work in banking industry anymore..and that person who bribe him sentenced 10 years jail...

And i took another few months to settle another 24++ shop case..and finally won all that not i use the cheques...and suppose can get back the new cheque book and use the money..but now the bank want to sue me back for "embarrass them" by sue'ing the manager eh and publish at bank's magazine..what a funny...Lawyer said really can sue wor...and if i wan use back the money,i need to pay compensation to the bank 30% of my money in the account to them and apology to them..

But the problem is,,,the case might drag to a super long time ,as u all know malaysia boleh land la all do things like turtle so slow..see anwar case until now no settle..My father at hospital now...wish to send him to singapore to operation but my money still at bank cant use..so if it's u,will u just pay the bank? This is real case..and my account got 2.49miliion now..30% arround 700k...

Wish to ask something..My father ady tukarhakmilik of his company to me. I still have another brother. Is it possible he dont wan to give the company to be now? Or after change to me, also my father can change back to any1 he likes? I worry he steal back all the agreement at government and then bribe every1 to cut my name out..is it possible? thanks.
