Just want to ask if you anyone of you who have first hand experience of living in Semenyih but working in KL? How's the commute like on a daily basis?

Thanks!

Sign SnP but not loan agreement

Hi, I've recently viewed a bumi lot unit. The owner is willing to put a clause that says i could refund back my deposit if the name transfer could not get through in 9 months. While I like the house very much, I'm in a dilemma because in the event that the transfer cannot be approved, I would lose all my legal fees (SnP and loan) + additional disbursement fees + valuation fees.

As such, please advise if I could sign only the SnP agreement (my lawyer said if cant transfer need to pay 2k only) but not the loan agreement (dont want to incur additional legal fees). Thank you for your help
