Problem details
First occurence of problem: Many months ago
Problem frequency: Consistent everyday
Problem description:

There is an issue with my Unifi connection when accessing secure networks (iCloud, iTunes store, online banking websites etc.) which I believe is due to an unreliable connection and I cannot refresh secure connections . Gaming is also affected (Maplestory will lag every 3 seconds, WARNING: CONNECTION ERROR also pops up once in a while in Dota 2). Normal surfing is usually okay but sometimes websites do not load and have to be refreshed multiple times.

I contacted TM about the issue and they told me that the connection has always been up and there are no signs of any disconnection. They sent 2 technicians to test my internet connection and they reported that everything works fine and they do not know what is wrong. They mentioned that it could be a problem with the DIR-615 router but could not offer any concrete statistics or evidence.

I have tested my connection directly via LAN and the problems still persist. Speedtest results show that I am able to hit speeds of 10M and ping is also good (8ms). My router is currently on the 7.15 firmware.

Can I request for some help from the forum users because it is very frustrating for me. I would also seek advice as to whether the router is the cause of the problems and should I change it (any model recommendations if so).

Problem details
First occurence of problem: Last week
Problem frequency: 3-5 mins
Problem description: While surfing the net, the connection will disconnect within 3-5 minutes, especially in rainy weather. In better conditions it will last up to an hour or more but it gets kind of irritating. Basically, i can't really do anything within 3-5 minutes so I get quite irritated. I am an online gamer and I can't finish my games too.

Any help would be much appreciated!
