good day to all the sifus in LYN,

can i know a good way on how to get rid of the fats behind my arm?
i've started working out in gym and control my diet (not so strict yet)
but the thing is, i noticed my arm gets bigger (as in it looks fat when i dont flex it)
the other part of my body is average. just that i have a tummy and a flabby arm.
so my question is, how to tone up my arm & building forearm & wrist? (i hate my thin forearm & tiny wrist, looks like girls hand,fml)

Commercial Gym Rate

Hey guys. Ive tried searched function but there arent any EXACT answer

so heres the question:
Which of this 3 commercial gyms are the cheapEST of Rate FEE wise ?
Celebrity Fitness, Fitness First or True Fitness.

I've read somewhere that True Fitness allow one to drop off the Yoga in the contract, hence cheaper membership monthly rate.
As low as 89 per mth? (2006 thread LOL)
-Student here btw, so which gym has the lowest student rate?-

Besides that, the fees can be negotiated ? Some people say can, some said its standardized. So puzzled...

So any opinion LYN-ers ? I dont need passport membership, i just need to know which 3 of these can go the cheapest?
My friend is not interested in ghetto gym. SO yeah . THANKS IN ADVANCE LYN !!! Hope someone can answer this

Restore iphone 4

i wanna restore my iphone 4
currently restoring (3hours ) @@

so i heard that there will be TWO choice upon finish restoring which is

1. Restore from back up
2. Activate as a new phone

If i were to choose option 2 (Activate as a new phone) , will my phone be locked ?
cause from somewhere ive read that certain people got their phone locked after restoring

hi

so im using my wifi on safari
i tried downloading the facebook app for iphone
have registered an apple ID via laptop

then when dl the fb app, im prompted to Review the acc since it was never been used before (new)
then im STUCK on one of the page which requires a credit card else i would not able to proceed

so users without credit card cant have the facebook apps on iphone? (its stated free)

Hey CF/FF/TF members.
What is the rate for memberships?

Through search engine, what I found mostly is 139/169
But i did saw some people post that they can pay around 99 per/mth & less
(make me confused of the price now)

For the MOST BASIC plan, how much is the mthly fees?
As im just a student, I dont think i can afford 120+ per mth

Ok, so im taking American Degree Program currently and..
suddenly my friend was telling that alot of people quitted ADP due to the LOW gpa given
and also from another friend. he said that with the graduation cert of cgpa lesser than 3.00, its really hard to find a proper job
so the problem is... ADP got a really sucky high passing rate with LOW gpa
passing rate is 70, but the gpa given is only 2.00
while to grad with 3.00, or above
i will have to get AT LEAST a 'B' for EVERY SUBJECT.

70-79-2.00 (passing rate)
80-89-3.00
90-100-4.00

so the very concerned me, is it really hard to find proper job with cgpa lower than 3.00?
or should i just quit ADP ?
but ive study in ADP for like 1 year already.

Hi fellow LYN, which of this car is better?
Kia Picanto 1.1(AT) and Chevrolet Aveo 1.5(AT) both auto transmission.
especially in terms of fuel consumption, for town drive only, such as PJ to Kota Damansara
i've already used the search engine and came out with no result.

I would wanna see all the choice to make final decision and also the reviews =X
As far as im concerned, Kia Picanto's FC is MADDD, while NazaSuter doesnt have AT version

Proton SAVVY-AMT Problem ?

Hi, I'm about to get my final decision whcih is on buying a used proton savvy AMT

But then, i suddenly stumble upon a thread on savoc.net and alot of the savvy amt user had a problem with their AMT
Some even said it almost took their life twice!
But some said AMT is a charm. Then again, im confused.
Is the AMT really problematic? If it is, what is the actual problem and can it be fix once and for all?

p/s: The reason i wanna get AMT is cause, i cant drive manual, and there is no AT version available.
