Dear fellow forumers / sifus / taikos

At the moment I am looking to get a new family car. I am seeking opinion in regards what car would be suitable based on my requirements.

My requirements :-

1) Looking for a car that can last me at least 8-10 years. ( Build quilty and availbility of spare parts to last )
2) Safety (as I be starting a family soon)
3) Fuel consumption (averaging 13L/100 for urban drive)
4) A car/suv that can fit 5 adults comfortably

My budget is approximately RM 140k at max and I wont be considering:-

1) 2 door sport cars
2) Proton and Perdua (Sorry if I offended any1 - Peace dude)

Your recommendation and feedback is much appreciated.
