Internal system error on Ubuntu 12.10?

A triple boot user here with Ubuntu, Windows 7 and Windows 8 in a laptop,
After boot repair I finally got my Ubuntu bootable from GRUB manager,
after a month, installed many things but few weeks ago it started to get errors and the major one is Internal System Error, almost everytime I got this after I boot my system.
Before this my Compiz is not responding, getting errors everytime I boot my pc and my desktop wont showing anything, my cairo-doc wont show up and right click kinda cacat.
After few updates recently, Compiz seems working but my installed SCIM is having the not responding error again, and sometimes I open some apps it displays Internal System Error,
Is there any where to troubleshoot the crashing problem and fix it?
Because I don't feel like reformat my pc again after several reformats and many restarts had been done, it's hurting my laptop HDD.
or else I may try MInt if this problem persists...

BIOS doesn't load properly

My rig:
Intel i5-3570
MSI Z77MA-G45
WD Green 1TB
Cooler Master GX550W
Kingston HyperX 8GB 1600MHz
Sapphire ATI Radeon HD7770
etc etc

My rig has a quite serious bios problem,
when I power up my rig the bios doesn't load properly,
initially it displays an underscore on top-left corner and "A2" at the bottom-right corner.
I have to turn off the power supply at the socket there and open again, then the bios only works properly when i startup the rig.
Then I tried to google and updated my bios through M-Flash provided by MSI motherboard.
but then after some while, the problem exists again, and now it has even more problems that bios doesn't load properly, like this screen:

sometimes the rig itself also have problems even before the problem above starts,
the rig has the "burning" sound(the one always happen during startup on desktops) but it seems that it realized nothing comes out(not even the "A2" thingy) then it restarts itself for several times. That's why I wonder isit a problem of power supply.

seriously need advice here since the rig already have random problems when it's only 4-months old.
And the weird thing is, it only happens when the rig is under hibernation or sleep during mid-day of usage.
When I start the pc in the morning it doesn't have this problem.

Suggestion for new Asus laptop with 7200rpm HDD?

as mentioned in the topic.
I'm so so so interested with N56 i5...
but since now SSD is trending so I prefer a 7200rpm HDD on my laptop for longer lasting..
because now I have a 2 years+ asus K40E laptop, which gaves me slower system startup now,
and sometimes the performance is quite irritating, especially when I'm using Visual Studio 2010 and Microsoft word as well as codeblocks(an IDE), and chrome together..
and don't know it's my computer problem or chrome problem, sometimes chrome do freeze like firefox were use to be..
wanted to open the chassis to clean up dust but the screws were slipped ==

Is there any suggestion how to get rid of my laptop? or I should look for a new laptop from Asus..
I know it has quite bad after-sales service but I still feels like asus is better compared to others..
I'm so impressed with N56 but I saw some feedback like its resolution is not sufficient on 15" laptop,
but what if I wait for N46?(now it's not here yet... dunno it will arrive to malaysia or not)
recommendation for any 7200rpm HDD model from Asus around the budget and specs of N56 please??
capacity is not a big problem, 500GB is also enough, I want laptop just for my programming software need.. no need heavy gaming as I scare laptop overheating..
saw the website specs got 7200rpm but I dunno why they state it but no related model on this..

or should I wait for some time until 7200rpm is common on market?

STPM vs A-Levels vs Foundation/Diploma in IT

I want to ask if I'm a SPM science stream student and able to take A-levels and STPM,
I should choose which one because STPM is hard to study since not every school have good teachers and facilities,
besides of hard to find tuition teacher.
And for A-levels, perhaps teachers in college is much better and have a good environment to study,
but may lose the chance to be offered in Local university, and I want to ask if I take A-levels may I take courses in private uni,
such as MMU and UTAR?
I need more information in details about this two please!

And, if I'm interested in IT,
But I'm still confuse in which institution should I go to,
because it's hard to choose an institution for both good facilities and lecturers,
may I know which institution is good?
I heard some comments about UCTI and MMU that makes me feel a bit uncomfortable.
So should I take STPM or A-levels first?
