How to add comment for separate page?

Ok now im using blogspot.

Then im doing my blog like a website. Where im not posting much on the main page but divide it into section.

The problem i have is that readers can only comment on the main page after each post. The separate section which i want to post my stuff only have 1 comment on the bottom.

Can I make somekind of html code to include so that each post i edit in the page canlet ppl comment instead of just on the bottom?

If dun understand please visit my blog then u will understand. Although got not much content yet cuz im just starting out.

Example:

then click on the Restricted section on the tabs. There u will see me post "November 2 and how to add comment box here". Theres only 1 comment box on the bottom of page

I try search my own blog in google, typing in my blog address, the sentences that appear in my blog and other stuff but it doesnt appear. Do i need to do something to make it searchable? Im new to blogging.

I created my new blog then i applied for adsense but got rejected. I dont know why. They only pick very specific blog for their ads?

Then i registered with nuffnang and then advertlets. But both of them after pasting the code, they dont have any ads on. Just ad which link to their website. How do i start earning money?
