5 million rm is more than enough. can retire comfortably

3 million put in 4% interest generating assets gives rm10k per month

the other 2 million if divide for 20 year and worst case scenario no interest also come to rm8333 per month

so have at least rm18k per month for 2 years plus the capital 3 million still there

so you actually have enough ....

Behind car horn while we r parking

A few times had this issue while parking the car or coming out from parking (side parking). Behind car blast the horn as if we hit them when we reverse. But still got clear gap at least 1 inch or so. Car got reverse camera/sensor so can see but is it an offence to go close to the back car?

But only funny thing is all female drebar only horn.. apa masalah diorang?

After PH won, my sister resigned her job yesterday in Spore n is coming back to Msia for good. Parents are ageing so she will be taking care of them. Earlier we planned for parents to go over to Spore but of PH won, plans changed. Better life in msia with cheap medical care at govn hospitals.

After conversion, she will have about rm800k cash. Would it be good if invest all in ASNB for funds such as AS1m, ASM and ASW2020? Only non risky investments. Overall monthly expenses are well taken care from our shoplot rentals and land leasing over 20k per month.
Any suggestions welcomed
