Hey guys,

I opened a return request with local seller and seller made the decision to approved, and 11street ask me to return the item to seller.
I know I could get my refund after seller receive the returned item and click the button complete returned.

I just have a question, what if seller actually do receive the item (tracking no. showing item already delivered to seller) and after 7 days delivered but seller still do not click the button to confirm he has received the returned item.

What should I do in that case? How long it takes (days) to settle for this kind of case? Would 11street step in and do anything to help me? Can I get my refund? I just afraid that seller would do this kind of thing to scam me or seller purposely delayed refund process.

If you guys had experience for this kind of case please share here, much appreciated.
