Generate Excel with ASP.Net

Hi All,

I'm currently doing a web-based app that will generate a new excel workbook based on template for user to make data entry, initially it works fine on my development machine and my home machine, but when i transfer to hosting server, error occurs such below

so i try another alternative way, using tlbimp to create dll (excel.dll) for try out, it no longer pop out missing assembly error, but instead, this error pop out

please help! i'm kinda clueless after google around

OWC or Office PIA?

Currently i have project on implementing a web based database, going to need these components for generating spreadsheets and documentations, but i duno which one is better.

Beside, what is the differences between both of them actually?
I heard that OWC cannot support PowerPoint and Microsoft Word, is it true?

btw, i tend to listenning music often, hardly for movie and game and i dun have external sound card.

PC auto restart everytime connect to internet

i got a fren, she just formatted her PC and after she had done installing the drivers, she trying to access the internet. But the PC keep on restart once the connection is made, she said after restart it pop out a msg something about OS ver and computer hardware in use and the ip address of the computer.

HELP PLS~~~ i have run out of idea about this problem ><
