            <description>&lt;u&gt;Broadband provider&lt;/u&gt;&lt;br /&gt;ISP/package: Streamyx 512kbps&lt;br /&gt;Location: Cheras&lt;br /&gt;Have you called your ISP&amp;#39;s helpline?: Yes, but they claimed Telekom cable ok, must be internal wiring, ask me to contact my own contractor&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;u&gt;Personal equipment&lt;/u&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Modem: Tplink ADSL +4 port wireless router&lt;br /&gt;Router: &lt;br /&gt;Firewall used: &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;u&gt;Problem details&lt;/u&gt;&lt;br /&gt;First occurence of problem: 2 weeks&lt;br /&gt;Problem frequency: everyday....now no dial tone at all&lt;br /&gt;Problem description: at first, line very noisy, then frequent no dial tone, now totally nothing...&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Can anyone recommend any contractor that can help change and fix the internal house phone wiring?? i believe really due to my house line to old, probably rusted and now totally become useless.&lt;br /&gt;Thanks.</description>
