Problem details
First occurence of problem: my internet going slow down extremely. download speed is 5~15kbps. b4 this is around

Problem description: my phone line also got some noisy sound. unclear when talking wif sumone on the phone.

should i contact isp provider ? wat should i tell them then ?
i already changed my modem and splitter. just bought this modem. bt my phone line still noisy and my line slow like snail.

sry for my bad english. still learning

HI EVERYONE... IM TRYING TO GET A NEW MODEM ROUTER... ANYONE OUT THERE CAN SUGGEST ME ANY MODEL/BRAND THAT GOOD CHOICE TO BUY...
MY BUDGET IS AROUND RM150. IF CAN GET CHEAPER AND GOOD IS BETTER .

p/s : IM USING A STREAMYX FIXED LINE 1mbps.

ermm guys. i've try open my modem site. but problem now is i cant open 192.168.1.1 on my modem. im using TP LINK TD 8616. is this because of my modem is faulty ? help pls

hi guys i've just bought a modem TP-LINK TD-8616 and a wireles router LEVEL ONE WBR 6002. the problem is i couldnt setup for both of them. when i combine the cable from modem to router. i cant open the management website which is 192.168.0.1 for router. can anybody help me to solve this problem ? right now im only able to online using a modem only. cant use router.
