Wi-Fi problem

Hi guys I need a little help with my Wi-Fi.

Been having lots of problems with the router and modem provided by TM (at least I assume the problem is coming from these two) The connection is unstable (voice calls with 5-second lag which doesn't happen when I'm on data), super slow internet at times, or I just can't connect at all (it'll ask me retype my Wi-Fi password and tell me it's incorrect ) usually what solves the problem is to turn it off and on again after 10 seconds. Once or twice is fine, but I'm think I've had to do this consistently for a year

Question : is there anything I can do to solve the problem? Or should I just get a new router and modem (or either one)? If so, do you guys have any recommendations? Thanks

Currently using a D-Link DIR-850L router and Echolife HG8240w modem

I'm thinking of upgrading my CPU and GPU so that I can play some of the recent AAA games (Far Cry 5, AC Origins, medium to low quality is fine). Is it still possible to do that with my exisitng rig, or is it too old to be taught new tricks? Looking at a budget that's below RM1k if possible. Any higher I figure I'd just get a brand new rig hahaha.

Does anyone know where I can get fandom T-shirts from TV shows such as Game of Thrones, Sherlock, Doctor Who etc? Preferably locally, doesn't matter if it's a blog shop or anything. I understand that Taobao has them but I'm a little skeptical of getting clothes from there.
