Where to complain Maxis when I'm unfairly treated

Two weeks ago my wife and I went to maxis centre to renew my phone plan (expiring in March). To get their latest devise plan promotion, I had brought along my wife to port line to maxis and all went well during the process and both of us signed the contract with maxis. I was told the centre didn't have the phone at that moment and will deliver to me from their warehouse in about 2 days time. After leaving the centre, I received new contract from maxis via email with subline and payment details.

On 5th day, maxis staff called me to inform the phone is out of stock and most phones for that particular promotion also ran out of stock. I was very upset about their service, particularly my wife has to port the line and went thru the hustle to join maxis and forgoing it's existing benefit with her existing telco. The staff said will try to resolve for me in 2 working days and when I contacted her again after 4 days, she said the new phone models may come in April or may, and can't do anything about it at the moment. I'm looking to port lines but seriously I'm at the losing end for the incident and maxis can just walk away without any cost. In fact, it already started charging me subline on top of my existing line.

What can I do ? Where can I escalate this to ? I'm still very upset. We consumers are not protected and all their terms and conditions are against us if I fail my duty in any ways.

Thanks for your advice.

Any suspension specialist in klang valley?

My Kia Sportage year 2008 (previous generation) lately makes very annoying knocking/rattle sound from the front. I changed the brushes, absorbers (due to faulty) but still having that sound. It comes when going thru even very minor potholes and uneven roads. The problem is so bad that I can hear it sometimes even in normal road conditions but it is sporadic, not consistent sound. The mechanic told me he needs to do trial and error, changing different parts to find out. Basically he doesn't know what's the problem.

Can anyone recommend any good suspension specialist to do it? Thanks.

Cheated by kindergarten in USJ 18

Was tempted by its brand name (franchise kindergarten) and decided to sign up for my 2 kids. talked to the principal and she sounded very patient and most importantly gave me empty promise. I told her both myself and wife need to work so will fetch my kids late, but will do it before 7pm. Everyday the teacher told my kids to ask me and wife to come earlier, even at 6.30pm already put a red line on the note book!! furthermore, the principal also implied it to my kids, telling them to go home earlier!! the daycare is also half cooked, one of my kid falls sick at least once a month!! which has never happened in her previous daycare centre.

Really upset about this and don't know what can i do about it. any idea how to deal with this kindergarten? thanks.

Hi,

Kind of difficult decision as how can parent compares say REAL KIDS and Q-Dees? recently attended their open day and exhibition and REAL KIDS seemed to be very hard sell, and have to pay over RM700 NOW for next year registration to assure your "seat" is secured. i stay in USJ so the one i mentioned is in USJ 12. i also found out USJ REAL KIDS USJ 9 school fee is cheaper by about RM30 per month, kind of weird to me. what's your recommendation of kindergarten in USJ? i got 2 kids going to be 3 and 5 yrs old next year. thanks.
