Didn't know it happened until checked why it failed to pay for parking.

Didn't lose the card also didn't use a lot for online transactions. I think better use Wise with the throwaway digital card for online transactions or use google wallet to tap.

Alternatively I think can turn off online transactions when not using

Need help regarding smart home devices

I'm sorry if this is the wrong section but I don't know which section to post this to.

I'm looking to get a smart home system and looking to compare the xiaomi / alexa / google type . I try to google more info but it doesn't show which is compatible to which devices.

I scared that after buying the hub , certain devices that I want won't compatible to each other.

Is there a place where these info is shown ?

Currently my new condo doesn't have enough fibre port and was told it's full already and need to wait TM to come do the infrastructure. Maxis /Celcom also said full .

So I'm thinking to probably resort to using wireless 4g broadband and currently it seems like maxis has the best deal since I'm already Maxis user. But Maxis is kinda week coverage at my area.

Or should I just use my mobile phone to work as the modem wifii hotspot?

ASUS has recently unveiled the latest ASUS ROG Phone 5 series smartphones, which consists of the ROG Phone 5, ROG Phone 5 Pro, as well as the ROG Phone 5 Ultimate, starting from the price of RM2999, RM4499, and RM4999 respectively. If you’re interested in getting the smartphone, it will be available for pre-order (along with a free Kunai 3 GamePad worth RM499) starting from 11 March until 25 March 2021 via authorized partners in Malaysia.

But that's not all, if you missed the pre-order from ASUS, you can still pre-order the aforementioned smartphone series from Shopee from 19 March at 12AM onwards until 2 April 2021. In terms of the tech specs, the ROG Phone 5 comes equipped with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 chipset, up to 16GB RAM, up to 256GB ROM, 6.78-inch 144Hz AMOLED HDR10+ Display, as well as a total of 6000mAh battery capacity thanks to its dual internal battery which supports up to 65W fast charging. As for the camera, it has a 64MP + 13MP + 5MP rear camera while the front has a 24MP selfie camera.

The ROG Phone 5 Pro, as well as the ROG Phone 5 Ultimate, comes equipped with exactly the same specs except for a higher 512GB ROM for the Pro variant while the Ultimate has an 18GB + 512GB storage configuration. Already late completion , lots of units kena water leaking through living room balcony and room's window.

Common area badly done with lots of defects.

Bad planning and ugly pipes. Kitchen gave us 1 socket and told us cannot hack wall to add points have to use casing

The young Deputy CEO,Mr.Lim (with Civil Engineer edu. background) comment new construction is never perfect and his millions property also comes with defects. This makes me wonder his millions property under which developer, either support own family business or other Top 10 Developer.
The old wisdom that buying a residential property signifies financial maturity and stability of the buyer no longer applicable. My pain may be for the reason for somebody’s laugh. I (and my neighbours too) learn the hard way. Future house buyer please do proper review on the developer/project details. What ever your sales person promise you, please get immediate written confirmation from Sales Person/Developer (i.e.In case there was dispute, your sales might just block your whatsapp/Your Developer say Sales gave fake promise,nothing to do with them).
The project brochure for illustration purpose only. Finishing different means different. Oh yeah, the young Civil & Structural Engineer might be yelling at you (in the midst of meeting) for being asked why whole kitchen only 1(ONE) electrical socket. After Develop fix defects, it might cause another brand new damage to the house.
As buyer, I am almost dying for (1)monitor this Developer the progress for defects rectification via call/email/Whatsapp/Telegram,(2)struggle to collect key - VP declared without anyone able collect actual key, (3)constantly update myself about the latest news/sharing among neighbourhood, (4)struggle to reject so called “Complimentary Free Home Inspector Service”, (5)struggle to upload slow my house defects via App (1 place limit to 10 defects only) (6)using my hired inspector, (7)lodge complaint via Developer helpdesk then case closed without anyone entertain, (8)lodge complaint via kpkt/Tribunal, learn & understand (9)aircond ledge/(10)house rules/(11)fire sprinkler/(12)shear wall,(13)worry window water leaking on every single raining day,(14)defects unable to settled within 40 days and so much more. I would like to express my gratitude to all the neighbours with kind soul, we have gone through so much together & we still survive (Yayyy!)
Dear Mr. Isaac Lim and higher management, walk a mile in my shoes, see what I see, hear what I hear,THEN maybe you will understand why I do what I do. Your millions property have exactly same problems like mine? I do not believe what my neighbour tell me – Mr. Isaac Lim think it is reasonable & acceptable for a half mission condo serve in such a big mess (Any face to face confrontation?). Developer promises just a sweet talk if without a written confirmation in settle main defects deadline/written renovation rules etc. Proactive in problem solving may lighten the pandemic’s burden on buyers.
Generally speaking, to all future house buyer, I wish you all the best of luck.

Recently just got my keys for a delayed completion project. *not gonna reveal name yet*

Workmanship is bad, security not as advertised, water leaking and ponding in lobby. Basically a clusterfak.

Already mentioned to the developer and everything is moving at a slow pace or none at all.

Recently told us MCO cannot do plaster ceilings and need to ask police + COB for permission.

I'm using Samsung Galaxy Note 8 64gb which is 3 years old hardware at around RM3. 8k if compared to phone today it feels very outdated. Example Poco F2 Pro/ xiaomi phone which is hella good for the price point. Even if compared to new Note 20 normal also price around RM3.8k

Comparing it to PC/Laptop that you bought 3 years back and now the difference is not much and i feel it can last longer than smartphones.

Is it best to spend on those budget killer phones instead of flagship?

GF Sis masuk lokap because wanted by police

GF Sis went to police station to make a police report regarding theft at work police mana tahu kena detained instead cos she is wanted in the police database. Now masuk lokap waiting to go seremban take statement cos there is a report against her.

Police cannot give out exact reason why she is in the database. We suspect is probably identity theft.

Contacted lawyer, probably tomorrow go court extend reman.

Just got the surat merentas negeri then now stuck at highway to seremban.
She is now in court in Seremban.

She kena detained another 7days for investigation. Lawyer asked for assurance for investigation to be completed in 7days and not extend anymore.

Police said her fingerprints is found in a break-in theft case in a Malay home in 2016. First few days cannot jamin. Have to wait few days to see the direction whether to charge or release. Now try ask 2nd lawyer for 2nd opinion
