Candy B complex for sale, only RM120 for one box, I ate only one candy still got 11 left. I bought 12 candies for RM150, now sell 11 at RM120 only. Hi guys, im about to get yongnuo 560iv flash gun so that I can start experimenting using off flash for more shooting options in the future. What kind of tripod do u recommend that I use with the flash gun? Is umbrella necessary or are there anything to replace as a diffuser as well? Thanks so much

Is there a way for me to check the status of my cukai tanah and cukai pintu for this year, and is it possible to get another copy of the statement again? So I can provide it to the lawyer.

how to eat healthy in malaysia?

hey all. my entire life i don really have a healthy diet and im starting to wonder, how do we eat healthy in malaysia?

usually for my breakfast/lunch i will eat noodles, pan mees, chicken rice, mixed rice etc. and dinner will be having the same as well, rice from chinese hawkers.. fast foods, etc.

im trying to change my life style now by eating healthy but i really have no idea what to eat in malaysia, that has healthy diet? my best bet was subway but i dont think thats actually "healthy" as well lol.

im trying to take more fruits now between meals. apples, papaya, pears etc.

for breakfast, is is actually healthy if i take cereals + milk + fruits?
what about lunch and dinner? can you guys suggest healthy meals for a healthy body + skin?

im a guy so preferably if it is something that has to be cooked/prepared, please ensure that it can be done rather easily.

pizza dilemma

hai k so i always have pizza craving every now and then but the problem is im always foreveralone. no friends to share pizza with. so got one day i finally tak tahan and i decided f*** ima eat pizza alone so i go dominos order 1 personal pizza. it's really really small and i ended up paying rm13-14 (after tax) just for a small piece of shit and i got guilty.

dont get me wrong, i really like the taste and all but the portion too small and normally those bigger size is too much for me.

so here i am with my pizza dilemma. 1 person cannot eat pizza. anyone can help? anywhere else can order pizza by pieces (THEY MUST TASTE GOOD) that is not pizza hut or dominos? i in selangor/kl area.

Hi guys, I'm trying to achieve this kind of modeling shots at streets with the background being blurred but have difficulty achieving it.

I'm currently using 18-55mm lens with D5100. Is it very hard or not possible to do it with the 18-55 lens?

If it's indeed possible, can anyone shed some lights and tips please? Thanks!
