Maxis data roaming issue in China

Hi,

I was using maxis roaming pass in china (guangzhou and shenzhen) last week. I noticed the loading and browsing speed on chinese apps were very slow or sometime it just doesn't load. No speed issue on apps like FB, IG, Google !

Chinese apps that i encountered issue:

Didi
Meituan
China's banking apps
GaoDe Map
Baitu Map

all very slow!

Anyone face the same issue before?

Hi,

I need some opinions from you guys on the following lenses.

- Canon EF-S 17-55mm f/2.8 IS UMS
- Canon EF 24-70mm f/2.8 L UMS

Both lenses are f/2.8 and similar price. However, L lens is the top series of Canon's lenses but it doesnt come with Image Stabilizer (IS) where 17-55mm come with IS and many people said the picture quality is equivalent L lens. I wish to buy a lens that for general purpose and travel use and of cos high quality pics as well.

Can you guys give me opinion on which lens to purchase?

Modem not showing the NEW speed?

Hi,

TM confirmed upgraded my connection speed from 4Mbps to 5Mbps but when i login my modem (Netgear DM111P), it still showing me the old speed which is 4096kbps. I already done the hard reset on the modem but still no luck.

Anyone have idea?

Hi guys,

Anyone using yahoo mail plus here with mac osx? I having one issue here. I already setup yahoo mail with mac os's mail application. Then when i click on receive, it intend to download entire emails from my yahoo mail's account. i dont want this because it take tooo long time to download.... i want to download the latest and unread emails only. Anyone know how to set / make this work?
