Ok I bought my watch from this shop 2 years ago. Recently my strap broke so I decided to bring it back to the shop where i got them. I reached there 8.30pm and showed one of the sales guy the watch. The sales guy went to the ladyboss, she said come during working hours because the distributors office open during working hours. I said Im working during working hours how? She didnt respond, she just let sales guy know you call the officela. She didn't even bother to tell me let me try to call them tomorrow. I left my contact with the sales guy, he said he will call if there is stock. I left the shop feeling shitty at the ladyboss NOT FRIENDLY face. Guess what not even a single call from them. Not bothered and no after sales service! To all out there, don't buy watch from P.K TIME Sunway Pyramid branch, the lady boss is so arrogant and no after sales service at all.
