            <description>Hello guys, ive installed a gigabyte power rock 390w into my system. Thing is there is this button at the back of the psu that allowsme to change from 230v to 115v. The psu was switched on when i turned it from 230 v to 115v (the pc was not booted/started yet). then i heard some ..strange sound,quickly switched the psu off n then i couldnt get my system to start already as though my whole system is fried? Can somebody tell me what actually happened  &lt;!--emo&amp;:stars:--&gt;&lt;img src='http://static.lowyat.net/style_emoticons/default/rclxub.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='rclxub.gif' /&gt;&lt;!--endemo--&gt; . Is it possible my ssystem fried when i changed it to 115v when i havent even booted it?</description>
