Thing is there is this button at the back of the psu that allowsme to change from 230v to 115v. The psu was switched on when i turned it from 230 v to 115v (the pc was not booted/started yet). then i heard some ..strange sound,quickly switched the psu off n then i couldnt get my system to start already as though my whole system is fried?
