What about the Maxis iValue plan? Why no upgrade?

So iValue plan users commit to 12-month or 24-month contracts - with most users automatically renewing their subscription - and they're not getting any upgrade? They are the loyal customers who committed to longer contracts with them and they've conveniently kept quiet.

MaxisOne Plan users can opt out any time - and many have - and they're rewarded. WTH is this?

In trying to be fair, Maxis has become doubly unfair. We're not even talking about the other plans under Maxis.

Any iValue customers here? What do you think?

Sigma 17-50mm f2.8 back focusing issue

Hello everyone,

I bought the Sigma 17-50mm f2.8 recently and I've had this issue where the camera always focuses at the back of the subject.

Has anyone else faced this problem and how did you fix it? I'm using a canon 40D and micro adjustments are out of the question for this camera.

Any ideas?

Windows user contemplating MBAir

I've been a Windows user since Win 3.2 and I've never actively used Mac OS in my life. Is there anyone here who has made the transfer from Windows to MAC and never regretted it? If so why?

I'm only interested in the MBAir because of the quality of construction and attention to detail that Apple puts to its products. So can anyone convince me or discourage me from buying a mba or mbp for that matter.

Also has anyone used a pc jumped to mac and went back to pc? That would be an interesting story as well.
