I have been running this business since last November. Technically, it has been running for 3 months+
Taking half a shop lot.

Business is running good and picking up. We manage to break even starting January (understand that end of year 2017, office crowds and families were taking leave, business grew slow).

However, there is this one crisis we are facing now.
Our co-tenant is quitting. Hence, the landlord gave us 2 options.

It is either we take up the whole shop or she will eventually have someone to rent over the whole shop.
(We could not afford the whole shop as we have this really small capital)
Obviously we have to quit too.
Relocation is nearly impossible for us due to many reasons.

Into the main point,
We truly believe that this "tong sui" business can bring up the new trend in f&b career in Malaysia.
We also believe that it will be the next "tealive".

Do drop by to pay us a visit and taste out our "tong sui", we have confidence that they all tasted better than those KTC (ss2), seapark tong sui and etc.

We are using charcoal and furnaces, the most authentic way to cook all the 7 types of "tong sui".

As mentioned in title, I am looking for a potential business starter to share a shop in Damansara Uptown.

Here is a little details regarding my business.
I am selling only beverages and I need only half a shop lot (ground floor) in Damansara Uptown.
My current challenges is that I could not get a half shop lot and most land lord only willing to rent out their whole unit instead of half (which is making sense)

Hence, if you are expending or starting your business, and so happen that you are looking for a crowded area, why not consider sharing a unit with me?
Currently, i have few land lord contact number, if things go well, we can start ASAP. (locations are pretty good as i surveyed the area since beginning of the year).
