Building new rig under 3500k, need recommendation

hi, i need suggestion for whether this is wise or not to have. i wan my pc to have this

-amd A10 5800K accerate HD7660D-rm499 or intel CORE I5 3570K-rm679 ??
-between gtx 670 4gb n 680 2gb asus or g-byte which is better?
-i wan to put this rather than regular hdd ;-kingston ssd V300 120gb (450MB/450MB) rm294 (tis only for program instal, other file i put in external)
-maybe 8gb n above ram
-n other parts; power supply, monitor, casing, etc2. (exclude keyboard mouse speaker)
-i mostly do rendering type of work, but the workstation gc is way too expensive,..
