Hello,I need help rooting my htc wildfire. I see all videos and forum all very hard to understand how to root.

My HBOOT MENU :-

HBOOT 1.01.002
Android Version 2.2.1

I want to root to gingerbread or Honeycomb. Can somebody help me with this? I don't mind paying.(Im noob please dont bang me,Im not lazy i just dont understand and im scared if my phone gets bricked)

Speakers and microphone problems

Built in -P205h acer monitor speakers
Realtek HD audio Manager.

My speakers only play sound from the right speaker not the left

and
My Microphone doesnt record no sound.IT GETS REALLY IRRITATING.
Whenever i play any songs and i try recording,my mic records the sounds that my speakers play with little buzzy sound
