Flexi interest rate

Hi,

I have a question.
I'm taking a flexi home loan soon in the amount of 240k for 10 years.

I'm thinking of withdrawing 60k from my epf.

But I don't know how flexi really works.

Would it be better to take a loan of 240k and add 60k later, hoping that that would lower the interest rate and monthly repayment

OR

Take a 180k loan?

Any advice, please?

Laminated floor underlay

I bought some laminated floor and plan to install it myself.
But I have no idea where to buy the PE foam for the underlay.
I need very little of it as my room is on 13 x 10 feet.

Any idea where to find them?

downgrade from nvidia to intel on m1330

Hi all,

My dell M1330 is giving me signs like it's gonna to bust anytime soon.
One night, I got a blue screen with a warning telling me to change the video adapter,
just so you know, I've already had it changed once while it still under warranty.

I am thinking of downgrading the NVidia to Intel GPU,
but I dont know how much it's gonna cost,
or if it's worth all the trouble at all (and intel wont go bust like nvidia).

If anybody had any experience, do care to share
