Shift key problem

Hi guys.
I need to ask if something is wrong with my laptop.
(Sorry if my question is a bit stupid. )

About two weeks ago, my caps lock button can't function really well. It needed to be pressed harder and only then it would function. But then, after I shut down and use it again on the next day, it became normal again.

Unfortunately, on these days, my shift key gets into the same problem. Even after I shut down and switch it on later, it's still needed to be pressed harder. I don't find anything stuck under the key and I bought this laptop just about 5-6 months ago.

What's your suggestion to solve this prob? Do I really need to go to the asus centre or what? Cos I really don't have free time for that.

TQ.

Hi.
I got some questions.

I own N55S Asus laptop with intel core i5. And I upgraded it to 8gb RAM.
I know this might sound silly or stupid or annoying. But I really need to know. Is it okay to install Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects in this laptop? I don't want it to becomes slower and not responding. I already installed Photoshop and Illustrator. I really need to know if it's dangerous to install Premiere and After Effects cos I heard from my friend that his laptop kind of exploded while rendering.

Thank you.
