Details of the complaint : First of all,i would like to say sorry for my bad english.Ok,things go like this.This guy,sira5999 sold me an iphone 3gs on 7 of june 2010,received on 9 of june 2010.He told me this set is an official unlocked set,but unfortunately i've went to apple store today,they told me cant unlock through itunes.which means this guy cheated on me for saying this is an official unlocked set,which provided sim injector,but he didnt send to me also.and yet no reply from sms even i have been asking him many times about the official unlock problem.he insist tat phone with no scratches?i don think so.no screen protector.as he told me applied since day 1.Even when i check the serial number which is show tat the phone is not activated yet.i can show all his msg through my hp about he "gurantee" word in the sms.He told me if there was his fault,he will refund me.Here's the link he PM and sms to me.all the forumer can check it.
Before i bank in to this seller,he was kind enough to reply me anything as i ask for.after bank in,he no answer me at all.pls becareful this seller.He asked what he called so "trader"to sent me this iphone.His trader also bluff to me that the iphone is an official unlock set.Not only this,both of them not answering phone AT ALL when im calling,i don think are 24/7 busy right guys?

LOL!!!Did u see what he replied me just now?(9/JUNE/2010)how come an official unlock send to me will become an official locked set?just wonder is there any magician make it locked during shipping BY POSLAJU.

Oh yea,this is the confirmation msg of the official unlocked set by sira5999's trader .

This is the proof he told me if there is any fault made by him,he will refund back.See this all the forumer.Pls judge this.

Now i don want the phone.as he cheated on me for purposely.No warranty card HE told me. and the serial number NEVER BEEN SENT to send me eventhough it is just at the back of the box.This seller keep telling me the serial is in the phone.must only unlocked by itunes when i plug in to my computer,or else cant check the serial.Any infor will post it again.

This is what he replied me in the morning at 10.48.Did u guys notice what he wrote to me?U c this seller,he told me that im lucky didnt get cheated by him.wait wait,who wants to get cheated by the seller?he also intended to cheat me as u guys can really get to know what is the first and second sentences mean.Still wan me to apologize for wat? Who starts the war first?past 2-3days after he send me the track code until now,there is no any reply to my hp.TS.u better make refund.or else further actions will be taken.
