For some reason since this yesterday my downloads get disconnected easily. Was downloading files from billionuploads.com and firedrive.com, the downloads starts as usual but it got disconnected not long after the download starts. Previously i can download + some lite surfing/ fb and the download still proceed fine as long as i dont stream youtube, but since yesterday it still fails by itself even with full 100% bandwidth to use. Previously these websites works fine for me, but starting on yesterday these random download failures happens.

EDIT: Found the problem, it was billionploads's fault, other users complained to its facebook page as well.

Slow HD performance

My PC have 2 HDD, the problem is the second one (slave) suddenly from yesterday response time become slower. Tried defragmenting but it is very slow (compared to my first HDD), ran scandisk but stuck at phase 4, a check at Everest shows that its Spinup retry Count is abnormally high, it shows : Threshold = 0 Value = 100 Worst = 253 Data = 0 Status = OK: Always Passes. So is my HDD failing?

Motherboard limits graphic card choice?

I recently fixed my from a faulty motherboard. my new motherboard is a small motherboard, which is asus m2n68-am plus, i tried to find a better motherboard but this is the one i found cos almost all motherboards now are ddr3 and im ddr2 user. as i know tis mobo have pciex16 slot which i currently using it on my 8600gt, im planning to upgrade my gc to ati 5750, i consulted a technician, he recomends i do not upgrade to it and instead get a 5670. he say my mobo is small and its not good to use a powerful gc, is this a joke or something? but i searched through the net and found none of this theory that small boards cant use powerful cards. i even found a similiar case and this guy got it to work. As they say if u got the right slot and the psu with enuf juice n 6pin ur good to go with any cards. Im really confused here! pls shed some light on me

PC Beeps During Starup

My PC sometimes beeps during start up, after i power it on, it beeps a beep, then followed by multiple beeps. (beep, beep beep beep beep beep beep beep) After that , it went idle, wont load windows.

What is going on? is it due to dust ? or is it a the wire connection of any of the hardware is loose?

to solve this temporary, i re tight the cables behind my PC( keyboard,mouse......) , off the power and on again, depends on luck, if can boot, the bios tells me that my previous overclock attempt has fail and settings had been return to before( i never overclock my pc) aqnd press any key to enter bios, i load fail safe and save it, then it will boot successfully .
