To all sifus,

I'm looking on the low-cost house/apartment in KV for investment which cost RM300k+- at end of this year..
But is this the right time for investment? due to GST + petrol subsidy-free soon, next year..
I'm quite worry about the "property bubble" that might happen soon since rakyat malaysia purchasing power is decreasing day by day, next year might be the worst of all..

Any advice?

Salary 20K below 30?

Recently I saw one thread mentioning about "Salary 10K below 30?" & also "5K below 28"...

Let's see are there any lowyat forumers earn more than 20k in 30. No troll/joker please.

Of course, that's my dream to achieve that level of employment.
My cousin brother, 30-31 years old.. Working in gov sector(1M**) as a vice president.. earning >25k a month.. He achieve 20k in his 29. Until today I still can't see anyone in the real world achieve as much as he could in his age (Not comparing to those working overseas).. impressive, of course he is a genius.. he studied IT degree in APIIT.. but never work in IT line after graduated..

Hence, there is always a possibility in this world.. Sometimes work hard isn't enough..work hard + smart is the key of success..

So any forumers have achieved 20k in 30?? Or anyone you know..
