Some friends offer me best rate for buy it and this rate much more lower. Normal rate today for 10K iraq dinar (IQD) = RM 115 ~ RM 180. But my friend offer me at RM 75 for 10K IQD which much more cheaper than normal. Is it profitable to buy it??
