WTF : Synology Vendor in Malaysia

my company have 2 synology rackstation (RS815+). 1 primary and another is for backup purpose

2 weeks the backup unit suddenly no longer working (suspected its motherboard is faulty )

i'm wondering whether there is any vendor that could look into this problem

if possible repair

if not i need to replace it
