big boss now scare i jump ship, because got ppl leaving. he scare i will be the next one.
in fact, i didnt think of jump ship for now.

do i have bargaining power to ask for increment now? cause big boss will meet me soon.
if yes, how should i position myself and ask for increment ?

i am not sure this will work, he probably will reply me, perform well this year then only give me what i want...
by the time, he will forget it already ... if i understand well on him...

Infant 4+ mths sick

Hi everyone,

My kid just recover from fever.
Now, no voice and cough ... today the temperature is around 37.5C after sleep for 2 hours..

Dr. got give the medicine for cough but does not seem helpful.
Plan to see another Dr. but today public holiday, no open.

Any advise ?

Panasonic aircond issue

My panasonic 2.0hp inverter
Switch ON, about 2mins, auto off and timer LED blinking.
Check error code is 11.
Outdoor unit totally no response.

I haven't call panasonic technician yet. Just get my known installer, but he didn't check the error code and said the outdoor unit died. He recommend me to buy new aircond. =.=

Should I call panasonic technician and check ?
Or direct go replace a new aircond ?

Too bad no more warranty ...

Rashes on baby face

Recently, my baby got rashes on his face.

I use napkin as his pillow, change everyday.

I have see doc, she give the Tinazol (Hovid product).
Slightly improve, but it's a bit slow in recovery, I dont know is it good to apply since many red red on his face...

What about candazole ?

Is body lotion can apply to baby face ?
I haven't apply any lotion on his face yet.

Or any advise ?

Baby nose block and rashes

Hi

my baby is 1 month plus
notice he got nose block, and got some rashes on the butt there.
i think the rashes could be the pampers wearing too long.

any remedy to clear the nose block and rashes ?

is nappy cream can help recover the rashes ?

Canon printer MG5570 cannot turn ON

The printer was ok to turn ON today.

After that, I click one of the option in menu that is clean the print head.
The printer suddenly off by itself in the middle of self cleaning process.

Then, cannot turn ON back.

Check wire cable is ok. Change to other cable also cannot turn ON.

Any sifu can help ?

I bought a playpen ... thought can move in move out the playpen from living room to my bedroom...
however, just noticed that the playpen wider than the bedroom door .. T_T

worst come to worst, buy a baby cot and put in my bedroom ...

Hi all

I am 184cm tall. Last time drive wira without any issue.
But driving Vios and Saga BLM, makes my right leg pain even though I already push my seat till the end. Still does not feel comfortable on stepping the gas and brake. (feel like my hip slightly floating, not properly rest on the cushion)

I went to try civic, accord and camry 2009 model, they are much more better.
In fact, I hope to go for 7 seater, but feel the new Nissan Serena seat actually not as big as the segment D car.
I test drive on it and feel just ok but I worried if driving long term not sure does it really give me the comfort.

My budget is RM130k
Any other car can intro for tall people ?

Not everyday is honeymoon

My wife bought the leather sofa last time. And now the sofa already few years. The leather started to peel off.
She blame me (because I'm more heavier than her) caused the leather peel off. The place she sit does not peel off.
I was kind of .. like what .. sofa been few years. leather peel off is normal thing. I did not abuse the sofa also ...

Ok fine ...
Once a while, she will bring up this topic ...
Now, she ask me sit the place that already peel off, don't sit the place that does not peel off ...
That make me feel like she value the sofa more than value our relationship ...

If the sofa cannot sit one day, of course I will replace one ...
Why wanted to make such argument I also don't know ...

Optical eye power advise

Recently my left eye is painful if long time watching on the screen.
Right eye does not have this issue.
Too bad my job has to always sit in front of the monitor.

I am not sure is it because of my left eye power is increase ?

I went to one of the optical shop, they said my power does not increase. Not sure the optometrist is professional enough. =.=''

What do you guys think ?

just curious about ocbc housing loan.
when u do capital repayment, the loan amount is auto deduct by the capital repayment amount.
so if my hse loan is 50k, if i do capital repayment 50k (cover the loan amount), wonder how the system going to show. show loan amount = 0 ?
and i still need pay my installment as usual ?

DIY fix water leaking

Hi

Want to seek opinion before I start to DIY fix the water leaking.

Attached the photo, water leaking is on the arrow symbol. The situation is the white tap is cover too less from the last time plumber. So now become weak and water start leaking.

Those in circle symbol, I think is the part that might need to twist or remove, so that I can re-apply the white tap on the leaking area.

I just dont have the idea how is the structure for the one I circle the biggest in the photo.

Hi everyone

I am going to Europe Jungfrau during winter season.

Uniqulo got sell heattech long john
Cosas united, winter time and universal travellers also have their brand of long john.

Each brand have different material and thickness
And need advise here, which long john is better to buy.
Perhaps, cant buy too tick for long john pants as I still need to wear my jeans..

I already got down jacket can go below 0c, polyester fleece jacket, glove, ear muff, winter socks bought from uniqulo.
I plan wear sketcher shoe only.

Anything else need prepare ?
