Unknow Accident Summons

Need Help!!
Just check form online PDRM and find out there is 1 accident summon (not report within 24hr) , issue date is march 2008, but actually i don't had accident case with anyone before, so it should be wrongly issue, any one have idea what can i do for this?

I am not sure can post this topic or not, but we hope more people will know this.

It was happened on yesterday ard 7pm++ at my friend (Evon)'s house, her dogs Miniature Schnauzer (Kinki), American Cocker (Bao Bao) and Pomeramian (Pom Pom) was killed.

Leaking Gear Oil

today i send my car for aligment and they found out my gear oil is leaking form gear box, so i drive to other shop n check with foreman, he say need to at least 2 days to fix and workmanship is expensive coz need to take out engine just able to change something inside gear box(although the part is cheap) ...
Between he tell me actually leaking oil from gear box is no a serious problem, if i dun fix even i drive to oustation also won't be any problem, is't what he telling me is true? coz i plan to leave it like that if it won't coz me probelm.
anyone have experience about this ? i am driving kenari auto.

necessary to change camber

I have just change my tyre today and do the aligment at the same time, the foreman was telling me my car camber was run out so ask me to change the camber, price is RM45 to change or RM25 to adjust it back.
actually I was hear some ppl telling before it is no necessary to change camber coz is useless and normally tyre shop just cheating you so end up I tell the foreman to let me consider first and i did't do anything.
actually is really necessary to change the camber or not?

think to engine overhaul for my car (mileage 120k+), but hear some ppl say if not overhaul proper will cause you car worst than before, is't true?
anyone does overhaul before? can share you experience?
