I heard many past customer complain about p1 and I never thought that I unfortunately get involved.

I terminated my p1 account (s) at their klang bukit tinggi service centre back in april 2012. All devices have been returned upon termination. Luckily I still keep the termination form with me.

The episode starts last night when p1 sent a sms to warn me that i have outstanding and ask me act in 2 weeks otherwise CTOS listing for me.

I am furios so I tried to approach their customer service however nobody answered my call. I am then logde a complain through CFM which found at p1 website. Unfortunately the department is holidaying and I expect their feedback will be taking longer time.

This morning I take one more step filling online support form found at p1 website to ask them investigate my case.

My question:
1) Does anyone ever experience the same issue? If yes, how does it resolve finally?
