Internet become laggy after reformat pc

Hey, i just format my pc last 3 days because of some registry error
i install back the Windows XP then i notice my internet connection become very slow
before i format my pc, i usually get at least 50-150kb/s of download speed
now max i can get is 20kb/s!!

any sifu here know the problem ?

Bluescreen only when log in steam

Hey, today i face the bluescreen of death

it only happen when i trying to log in to my steam acc, tried my friend's acc also the same
but when i try log in to msn, facebook, youtube etc, the pc works perfectly.

any sifu here know the solution?
