Sleep Mode Missing

Successfully installed and connect the Alienware amplifier which fitted with a RTX 3060. But right after amplifier connected and with latest updated driver, the sleep mode gone missing from power button. Now left with shut down and restart. After lingering at the setting, I could only enable hibernate mode.

Anyway to enable back sleep mode?

Step by step on transferring number plate

Hi,

Mind to share the step by step in transferring an old car (trade in) number to new car?

The reason I'm asking is that there are different method mentioned by the sales agent and also my previous insurance agent.

Loan have been approved, and SA is asking for the letter from old insurance company regard to the NCD discount. But my previous insurance agent ask to cancel the insurance first for old car then only the insurance company will issue the endorsement of NCD letter. Which is which?

Assume letter obtained, SA will proceed with next step until we get the new car? What should we expect along the way like bringing old car to puspakom etc..?

Question on Pressure Washer

Hi Guy,

Would like to ask around whether anyone here is using those pressure washer sold in Lazada; Shopee etc that stated could last for an hour or even 8 hour continuously running that only cost like RM300++?? Example the Eurox, Pecker & those China made... how true is the running capability??

Use to have Karcher K2.350 and use it not more than 5 times then it started to burn out with white smoke. (Just open up the pressure washer and the plastic case that hold the motor melted might due to motor overheat) so not planning to waste money for the karcher anymore.

Another question is, most of the pressure washer can get water through big tank by suction or still need to feed directly through the tap?

Question on DIY Renovation

Hi guy, planning to do some DIY renovation like painting and wiring for a bedroom. Would like to get the correct method on several item.

The 1st is Painting, hope to get feedback whether the following sequence is correct.
1. Scrap old paint.
2. Fill hole with putty.
3. Sanding uneven part.
4. Paint 1st sealer coat.
5. Paint 1st top coat.
6. Paint 2nd top coat.

2nd Wiring,
1. Mark socket location.
2. Drill and fix socket box.
3. Lay surface conduit.
4. Pull electrical cable.

On top of that, should I do all the wiring first before painting or do it after painting. As the wiring will be expose with conduit(not conceal type).

Car Servicing's Period?

Hi guy,
Need some help regarding next service for cars. Let say I did my service with Perodua at 155k++km, and my next service for engine oil will be 165k (use 10k engine oil). But not sure rest of the part which need to service. Here the list:-

1. Auto transmission oil = km?
2. Axle oil front = km?
3. Axle oil rear = km?
4. Transfer gear oil = km?
5. Element s/a oil filter = km?
6. Engine oil = 165,000km (next service)
7. Spark plug = km?

But while reaching 165k, I went to another Auto Care shop to service my car at around 160k++km. The following is the thing that I change:-
1. Timing Belt = 260,000km (next service)
2. Engine Spark plug oil seal = km?
3. Engine water pump = km?
4. Engine valve cover gasket = km?

Hope you guy can help to fill up this period. Or maybe can clarify how long is the period for the next service for each of above part. (Let say engine oil should be change either 5000km or 10,000km which depend on what type of oil u use).
