ACCA in Ipoh Sunway college

hey all, would like to do some general survey. Could any of the students in Ipoh Sunway college taking ACCA give some feedback on the lecturers there?? For subjects such as P2, P4 and P5???

FYI, Ipoh Sunway College is neither Platinum nor Gold ACCA Tuition provider. So would like to check the quality of their lecture.

On a side note, is Ipoh Sunway College related to Sunway university college?? Do they have the same management? Same lecturers??

I Would like to ask the following. Hope those who have experience could enlighten me.
I already have a basic degree and would like to top it up with a LLB. and would like to study part time.

So I would go for the graduate scheme part B. Which only takes 9 subjects(3 subjects every year)

1. What is the passing mark for each subject??
2. How do they rate their degree by CGPA?? HOw to determine a first class, 2.1 2.2 and so on??
3. If i take the graduate scheme, can i take CLP? i do not intend to practise at this moment but I want my options open.
4. Is it possible to stop taking exams for a year?? say i register in 2011, take my first exam in 2012 June, can i take a break in 2013 June and continue taking exam in 2014 June???
5. what if i fail one of the subjects in one of the year?? Do i resit the subjects in the following year, hence taking another extra subject(the fail subject) plus the ones i need to take??
6. If i get a third calss degree? is this LLB useful? or i rather not mention it??

Buying retail Space

Hey guys, do you have any idea/comments regarding buying retail spaces?? I personally think the retail space price will not depend a lot on the property prices but somehow will be affected by the country's economy and consumers spending.

So is there a good time to buy retail spaces? Do you have any good suggestions?? I am looking at times square since its prices are not so inflated compare to sungai wang and some prime area.

also can how much of MOF can i get for buying a retail space??

I am planning to get a unit at Block A for investment purpose. i have checked with an agent that he just have one unit changed hands at 465k.

Anyone knows if there is any units to sell and know how much is the rental yield at the moment??

Lecturer's salary and prospects in Malaysia

I understand this topic has been discussed before but I would like to hear more feedback regarding this subject.

I have a Bachelor of Commerce(Hons) Accounting from UTAR and also a MSc Accounting and Finance from LSE.
I am currently working in London as a finance assistant sine 2008 June and plan to go back Malaysia and lecture.

Could anyone please comment on the salary I can expect from my profile??
Right now, I am more incline to join IPTS than IPTA since i do not hold a Phd.

Also can i know if lecturer's working hours is flexible and if lecturers are allowed to run their own business besides lecturing??
