Service Apartment Renovation Journey

Hi all,

So this story begin with a guy went to purchase one unit of Service apartment for his own stay near OKR.
SNP & LA signed one month ago and i have 0 knowledge on design/renovation as this is my first house.

During free time and my hand felt itchy, i downloaded Live Home 3D to play with the layout arrangement while waiting update from lawyer/banker/developer on the money drawdown. Watching youtube on tutorials and China TV show on house makeover does give me somewhere to start
off.

and this is the first draft of the plan after a few weekends spend in front of my Mac.

All these measurement was an estimation and will get a accurate measurement. Unit do come with telephone line, Fiber optic point, satellite tv point, 3 x aircond point/pipe, wooden flooring for both bedroom, rain shower head, toilet bowl, sink also provided.

On the other hand, have also list down all the possible spending and renovation cost. Hopefully everything can be done within RM60k.
Not looking to have too many custom made cabinet/wardrobe (except than kitchen), hopefully will save some money for carpentry work.

Have started to survey online for contractor who does electrical work, plaster ceiling, painting - feature wall and kitchen cabinet.

I have brought edifier M3300 speaker 4 month ago..
just now i found are almost no sound come from right satellite is not working.
last week it still work fine when i play MTV/KTV video..
i can clearly heard music from left satellite n singer voice from right satellite..
but it doesnt work now,althrough i change the the channel i only able heard music
i had check the balance of sound is on 0..
any1 can tell me what is going wrong with my speaker??please~~
