Diet selection

Hello guys I have a question to ask,I have read up alot about how diet affects your progress. Some achieved target by consuming supplements(gainer/whey ) but some just take whole food.There is always a debate whether is Mass Gainer or Whey protein a waste,different people give different opinions.At the end it still depends on the situation,budget , time and etc.

Here is my situation, Im 60KG , 169CM. Been taking ON Serious Mass with regular training and gained weight from 55KG to 60KG in 4 to 5 months.time,I did cardio for every tanning session,just to cut abit of the stomach fat for a flatter one.Usually I only take half of the recommended serving because the scop is too big,and that is why that two pack of supplements can last me for almost half years. My goal is to reach 65KG,so the problem is should I be taking Whey Protein / Weight Gainers/ Food ?

I certainly understand that whole food is the best option,often the cheapest too among the three.But I live in a condition whereby I can't access to the raw foods so easily, plus I don't own any cooking utensils nor fridge for food storage.(living in Uni hostel )Things get worse when my nearby gym just closed down,so I can only rely on push ups and abs programmes for now.So my question is , is there any food that need not be stored in fridge,easily available,and convenient that is high protein ? ( Something like beans,peanuts that are easy to be obtained and stored )

Or should I opt for supplements ? If so,should I take Weight Gainer or Whey Protein, been hearing from forums that Weight Gainer has alot of bad calories .

If I take Weight Gainer,I will not need to add in anymore carbs/calories into my diet as its already been loaded ( correct me if im wrong ).
If I take Whey Protein ,although its a very good source of Protein but I still need add in alots of carbs and calories for a balanced diet (correct me also if im wrong),if so what kind of food contain the needed carbs ?

It happens like this,my monthly bill is usually due on 7th of each month. And my phone number has blacklisted/ cancelled all the GPRS/MMS/3G settings,which means I cannot go online nor receive MMS.
On the 4th of October,I called up Maxis asking if I subscribe 1GB ( Rm48) , I will only enjoy a 102MB and only be charged for around Rm10 because it will auto renew on the 7th of the month.And I asked can I subscribe using the *100# since the internet services on my number is cancelled , she says yes once I subscribe they will auto enable my number internet service,all I need to do is just install the GPRS setting and such.
So I subscribed the 1gb data plan and on the menu written ' You have now subscribed to a 1gb data plan bla bla bla' ,and followed by 3 messages from maxis consisting gprs setting ans such,and no message stated that the internet data of 1Gb was subscribed. With the immediate 3 messages sent by maxis once my plan is subscribed,I assume that my data plan was subscribed. And now when I check my bill,the internet costed me around Rm300 for the 30MB used,I felt abit unfair as a customer.
I called up maxis again,they say the 3 messages that sent to meme was the notification of the data network is enabled, its not equivalent to a plan is subscribed. According to them customers are required to use *100# the second time to subscribe to the plan because the first was used to enable the internet services. Heck but previously the Maxis customer care said that my internet service will be auto enable once I subscribe to any plan ? So its who fault ?

Which one has the better imported fish ( salmon/cod fish )
Are the stocks frozen stocks or fresh ones ?

Changing from UUM to UPM

Hello guys it might be stupid to ask,but I think there is no harm trying.
So I just received the offer from UUM for Agriculture Business,that was my first choice but other than the location is too far,others are ok.
But my teacher gave me a call asking why dont I go for UPM's Agriculture Business,I was shocked because for what I knew,the course is only for science stream students,and Im from arts.I got to know it from the official MOHE website whereby when you filter the search result to Arts stream for UPM courses,the agriculture business course didnt appear.
So I rechecked today,it still didnt appear though so I filter to science stream just to read out about the course,Heck ! the requirement is open for science and arts,meaning you need to pass two of the 6 subjects listed,3 subjects are of arts subjects.
So do you guys think there is a chance of appeal,though appeal is just for those who had no offers.
Who can direct the matter to ?
Or should I stay at UUM ? Which is the better and more acknowledgement uni to study at ?

Just feeling abit rugi for not going to the nearer uni,it took me only half an hour to upm,while more than half day to UUM
