Unable to charge my iphone 4

Hi good evening everyone..just want to seek for help regarding of my iphone 4..

since yesterday until now..my phone batt flat but unable to charge..

i try to use different charger and i am sure that is not my charger problem..

Is that any possibility like charging point faulty or my ios system crash..

Hopefully u guys can help me to solve this..

I JUST RECEIVED A NEW IPHONE 4 FROM MY RELATIVE FROM SG..BUT THE KEY IS LOCKED COZ I SET A WRONG PASSWORD..
CAN I KNOW HOW CAN I UNLOCK THE PHONE?
ANY IPHONE PRO CAN TEACH ME HOW TO DO THAT?I REALLY FORGOT THAT PASSWORD REDI COZ I PLANNING TO CHANGE A NEW PASSWORD BUT FAIL TO DO THAT..

Every lyn forumer..anyone can help me..my old w850i cannot turn on since last week..
my gf send me a sms..the time i read dat msg my phone suddenly turn off..
i try to turn it on but cannot..may i noe wat is the prob?how to fix it ah?
