            <description>My Package : Business Broadband SOHO ADSL 4.0M RM268(OIAB)&lt;br /&gt;B4 this 1MB.&lt;br /&gt;Dynamic IP not Static. idk whats the diff in that. Due to high cost i cant afford so much on Static ip.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;im running CC situated at Kedah with 12 client PC. 5 will be add if this Internet thing solve forever.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;The prob is that, when some of my client watching youtube or sometig that means downloading thing,my internet goes down, furthermore the ping to play online games increased from 38-150 or even 400+, Happen on daylight of coz. QOS enabled. All pc hv antivirus+updated +firewall enabled&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;When i test the speed i got 3.5m sometig, That is when i alone at night testing. When it come to daylight with 12 PC running+youtube user+dl user my speed decreased dramatically 1.0M or even less  &lt;!--emo&amp;:cry:--&gt;&lt;img src='http://static.lowyat.net/style_emoticons/default/cry.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='cry.gif' /&gt;&lt;!--endemo--&gt; &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;call 100 about 2x then they send Telekom technician here. &lt;br /&gt;THEN SUDDENLY ALL GOOD&amp;#33;&lt;br /&gt;What i mean here is that even when ppl youtube or dl-ing my downspeed n upspeed NEVER DOWN&amp;#33; And if down..its only about 3.5M.&lt;br /&gt;That technician says that we have to put 5MB to get 4MB. And i was..OMG..thanx god..i hope tis is the last prob&amp;#33;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;And 1 day..suddenly my Internet down. And somebody call me and whoever she is. the internet thing is solved..but suprisely enough the Download and Upload less than 2mb. idk they reset my prot or wat.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;And i call back 100.&lt;br /&gt;She said that will send 1 technician come here.&lt;br /&gt;seems like she no beliv that i got 2mb instead 4mb.  &lt;!--emo&amp;:sweat:--&gt;&lt;img src='http://static.lowyat.net/style_emoticons/default/sweat.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='sweat.gif' /&gt;&lt;!--endemo--&gt; &lt;br /&gt;Then that technician put :&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;SNR Margin (dB):Down/Up  	30.6/31.3&lt;br /&gt;Attenuation (dB):Down/Up 	        10.0/4.4&lt;br /&gt;Downstream Line Rate (Kbps):	4095&lt;br /&gt;Upstream Line Rate (Kbps): 	507&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;When i ask him. why cannot get full 4m. He said that blalala only 80% or 70% from 4mb&lt;br /&gt;i said WTF? The other technician say can make 4MB and he said cant make 4MB. and we argue more den he said that it agains rules.
