Forumer you are complaining against: None,but i have some suspicions to a few of the forummers here.Would love a personal explanation from them though mroe maybe involved.

Details of the complaint : Recently about 1.5 to 2 weeks ago, i started a selling thread selling ps3 games to LYN forummers. After payment received, i had soem bad luck and was unable to replace my number. So i opted for a new number. During those few days that i lost contact with ppl in the website, i have had a thread craeted against me. Filled with paranoia,and lots of jumping-to-conclusions. At that one night, my mum receives a call from one of my buyers,(thankfully).Unfortunately,he reeked of self doubt and was terrified and petrified that i had scammed EVERYONE i sold my games to. Without even offering me a chance to explain.

He used thraetening words like "i stay in balai polis,gonna report",etc etc. All this BEFORE giving me a chance to explain myself. So naturally enough to say,my mum got shocked out of her mind cuz of that. She contacted me,and i contacted LYN. I replied to the thraed that has dispute against me,i send some of the sellers the games they paid for. If you want proof,can refer to the thread of pm these ppl.

Just to see how smoothly i handled the rectification of the situation.I didnt not delay,gave excuses,etc. I offered them imemdiately a FULL refund or i still send them the game.So most of my customers were setlled then came today. This new fella(also a customer of mine), dunno why didnt check the thread first,and once again CALLED MY MUM! He says he got it from "someone". I will ask from him the identity of that "someone". And contact that person specifically. I have only used my mm's number in the rare occasions that i buy a game from other ppl in YN. So perhaps even "pbbseller" is involved.I dunno,but i do know he simply game ppl my mum's number.

My question now is,what is the best advice you guys can give me on how to handle this matter?I have clearly provided MY contact num for my customers but i want to prevent 1diots from calling my mum due to their own insecurities. (to which im partly responsible for). I have thought of opening a case with the police just to see what they say.

I would expect constructive critisicm or better yet,helpful opinions. Before you guys shout "its what u deserve fr neglecting your customers as a seller",im already beyonf that. Im already rectifying the problem and have settled the case with many of my customers.So lets get on with it shall we?
