            <description>hi guys. &lt;br /&gt;                  my weigh is73 and im 178 tall. the question should i take bsn true mass for pre workout and ON whey  for post workout? does it work that way? im looking to build a lil bit more mass but dont wanna go too big cause i find it hard to run (during futsal). im played futsal at least 3 times a week and i also hit the gym at least 3 times a week. i just wanna have more lean muscle and cutting on my body... pls advise ty</description>
