IPAD 2 upgrade to ios 9 issue

Planning to upgrade my old ipad 2 4.3.3 to the latest 9 since it is still compatible to reuse. Been tried few times just now, and the IPAD now is currently stuck under recovery mode and whenever I tried to connect with Itune, it will request restore and update....however the error 9 code pop up.

New Elza or Avanza or Livina

I have a small family with 3 adults and 2 kids that travel to city 80% and outstation 20%. Consideration the budget concern, I have short listed the model that mentioned in the topic. After a month of observation, I noticed there are not much different between Elza and Avanza based on specification, in fact is almost the same except the Avanza is slighter taller and bigger than Elza, but Elza is giving away a lot of accessories in the advance version which looks more attractive. As for Livina, my family members have nissan cars, so I know more or less the quality of Livina, the price tag is there but the interior is so so only. I hope someone expert here or existing driver can elaborate further on these 3 cars and my consideration will be based on the criteria of the value of money, problem less, and safety. Your kind comment and feedback is appreciated. Thank you.

cannot login to 2nd router

hi everyone, i am trying to bridge my second router TP link MR3420 with my Unifi at office so that my printer able to connected into 2nd router for wireless printing and for future NAS, but the problem is i failed to login admin page to configure further the TP link router. Earlier on, at home (also using unifi) I have done some minor setting on the TP link router ie change ip address to 192.168.0.199, SSID & password same as office ones, I can login the admin page via 192.168.1.1, but after bring it back to office, the tp link router does not seems able to login anymore...how can it be ? I tried many way to test run on the 2nd router in office by connect the Unifi modem (Lan port) to 2nd router (Wan port) via network cable, follow by 1) wired using another cable to plug into laptop or 2) wireless access into 2nd router admin page, still failed.....

monitor automatic switch off when boot in windows

what will be the problems trigger that monitor auto switch off when trying to boot into windows....is it RAM/Monitor cable/graphic card? I can use my pc in safe mode but not normal way. How can I test it out which hardware got problem?? Please enlighten...thanks

Processor- AMD Athon 64 x 2 dual core processor 3800+
Current graphic card - GTX 7600 (spoiled alr)
Memory: 2GB RAM DDR2

Requirement: preferably entry level of HD card (if support). Play Games and watch HD movies.

Good day. Hope any Sifu here can solve my problem and give some recommendations. Few months ago, my pc having the problem that no able to boot into windows xp commonly but only in safe mode. After trial many times, I realize that the graphic card has spoiled because it only allows to boot into windows by adjusting lowest resolution of my pc. Besides that, now my pc is very noisy -sound like "bibibibi" non stop after I updated the latest bios. I got AMD Athon 64 x 2 dual core processor 3800+ with 7900 GTS graphic card. I would like to upgrade into latest graphic card that able to support the old processor and Windows 7 and at the same time to solve the annoyed sound. Thanks in advance for all your input and advices....
