OSB boards, anyone has any experience?

Hi ladies and gents, I'm planning to DIY a bed headboard using OSB, like this one below:

Just wanna ask if anyone has had any experience working with OSB boards?

I've seen prices for a standard sheet of 4'x8' OSB 12mm thick going as cheap as RM 47 and as expensive as RM 100. Does it come with different grade like plywood hence the big variation in pricing?

Interior wall partition

Hi guys, wanna ask for opinions from all the sifus sifus here about interior wall partitioning.

Basically I have a studio unit that I plan to split into 2 areas by erecting a wall partition in between, I guess the most straightforward way is to use steel frame + plasterboard like what they do in offices. The prob is I plan to put shelves and even hang my bicycle on the wall and I was told that u can't hang heavy stuffs on those plasterboard even if u use toggle anchors. Another friend recommended that I use lightweight bricks for the wall but then I read some where that lightweight brick can be quite brittle to drill into and put wall plugs

So if you guys are to do such a wall what materials would u go for?

Sample of what I plan to do is like below, the blue colored wall is the new partition to be done
[attachmentid=8882246]

Repatriation shock

Hi guys, as the title says, has anyone experienced difficulties when repatriating back to Malaysia? I was working in the middle east for a few years and now that I'm finally home, this place feels so stranger to me, like I don't belong here. Now I'm even starting to dread going for interviews and landing a job here as I have already lost touch with how working culture is like in Malaysia. Not to mention your friends have also moved on and starting up families on their own and there's no more support structures around for you to lean onto during this transition period.

Has anyone felt this way after working overseas for a period of time? How did you guys manage it?
